Eric Coleman

Physiotherapist, Clinical Exercise/Pilates Instructor

Eric has over 10 years of experience as a Physiotherapist after graduating from the University of Melbourne in 2008. After gaining extensive experience across several areas of rehabilitation including both musculoskeletal and neurological, his enthusiasm for assisting with acute injury management came during his time working as a Physiotherapist in the emergency department at Box Hill Hospital. This passion led him back to university for further study where he completed his Graduate Certificate in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and he is due to complete his Masters of Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2019.

He has a particular passion for providing high-quality management for individuals with knee pain or injuries, as well as neck and spinal conditions. He is also well versed in the management of vertigo and dizziness originating in the inner ear.

He utilises a holistic approach, taking care to address each individual’s concerns and needs. His treatment method is tailored to each individual, taking advantage of his manual therapy skills, use of exercise rehabilitation and knowledge of current research and evidence.

Outside of work you’ll find Eric at a music gig, learning to surf or supporting the Hawthorn Hawks. If not, he’ll likely be enjoying a coffee and teaching himself how to play guitar.
