Helen is an experienced Massage Therapist whose mission is to help people feel fantastic and look fabulous through her unique transformation programs, challenging the status quo in everything she does.
She has helped many clients through her business ‘Transformation by Helen’ in North Sydney, including Australian celebrities, CEOs and sports stars to improve their health, wellness, and image, achieving rapid and lasting results available to everyone. Presenters Ben Fordham and Gus Worland, as well as Tennis great John Newcombe are among her grateful clients.
In her free time, Helen enjoys playing several sports including golf, soccer, tennis, and pickleball, so she has a deeper understanding of the common sporting injuries our clients may have. She is thrilled to be able to share her passion and knowledge for health with people who can benefit from her services and be the best version of themselves.
Helen is a member of the Australian Natural Therapists Association.
