Lauren completed a Bachelor of Health Science – Clinical Myotherapy in 2011, and has been a Clinical Myotherapist at Mornington Central Physiotherapy ever since. She grew up on the Mornington Peninsula and loved it so much that she never left.
With a genuine caring nature, positive attitude, and an infectious laugh, Lauren prides herself on making all patients feel comfortable, and genuinely enjoys helping people of all ages and backgrounds through the use on manual therapy including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release and muscle energy technique (MET) to achieve the desired patient outcomes. She is also qualified in dry needling.
Lauren’s hobbies include, eating out (restaurant recommendations are always welcome in her treatment room!), travel (recommendations also welcome!), cooking, walks with friends and family around the Peninsula, and relaxing at home with a good TV series (recommendations also welcome).
