Bio
Ras has joined the Lifecare Willetton team after graduating from Curtin University with a Doctor of Physiotherapy degree. She believes movement is medicine and enjoys a variety of exercise. Ras aims to help others achieve their goals, recover from injury, and improve performance and enjoyment of daily life, exercise and/or sport.
Ras has a clinical interest in managing chronic pain and sporting injuries with the hopes to complete further studies in women’s health.
Ras is a qualified Reformer Pilates instructor and has been teaching Pilates for the past two years. She is currently completing Lifecare’s Pilates Training Course with the aim of incorporating clinical exercise sessions into her Physiotherapy delivery.
Outside of her work, Ras loves to travel, spend time with family and friends and keep active through regular Pilates and running.
