Bio
Jack Pickering is a Physiotherapist with a keen interest in musculoskeletal and sports injuries, with experience across private practice and high-performance sporting environments, including the Hockey NSW Performance Pathway and U18 National Championships.
He particularly enjoys working with young athletes and active adults, helping people recover from injury, stay active, and confidently return to the sports and activities they enjoy. His clinical interests include lower back pain, running-related injuries, achilles and gluteal tendinopathy, hamstring and calf injuries, patellofemoral pain, and other knee conditions including ACL rehabilitation and osteoarthritis.
Jack takes an active, evidence-based approach to rehabilitation, combining education, clinical reasoning, exercise prescription, and strength and conditioning principles to deliver effective, individualised care. He enjoys developing progressive rehabilitation and return-to-sport programs that help patients understand their injury, build confidence, and take an active role in their recovery.
He is passionate about creating a positive and supportive environment where patients feel heard, involved in their treatment, and confident in their recovery journey. Jack has completed additional training in ASCA Level 1 Strength and Conditioning, Pilates, and the APA Cross Bracing Method.
